Bob Cyphers is a retired journalist from KMOV-TV, now working with police departments, writing true crime books from high profile cold cases in the Midwest, including cases in Illinois. He will be presenting some cold cases from Illinois (from small towns like Streator, Normal, Decatur and LaSalle)--cases left frozen in time, still waiting for justice.
